The Attention Connection
After twenty plus years in sales and marketing, I decided to focus on science effectively connecting people. I call it the Attention Connection. As a technical person, I live in the world where connecting with people leverages strategy, process, content and technology. As I take clients through this process, I am using this blog to document and log the process of effective connections.
In coaching and consulting with many companies, I have found that only a select few customers have ever mapped out a strategy, defined the processes, analyised the content of their communications and applied all the latest technologies to attract and maintain attention of their clients.
